Delaware 2022 Districts

Open map as PDF:   Senate       House

Delaware retains a single at-large U.S. House seat; no new congressional map was required after the 2020 census and apportionment.

The General Assembly set state legislative districts through regular legislation. Lawmakers passed a new House and Senate plan in Senate Bill 199 on November 1, 2021, and the governor signed it on November 2, 2021. The legislature later made what it called technical revisions, including eliminating election districts containing no residents, or very few residents. The bill was House Bill 335 (passed March 23, 2022; signed April 1, 2022).
